We want you to love your Eva Kos Couture piece. For ready-to-wear items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, free from perfume, make-up and damage, and returned in its original packaging.
As permitted under European consumer legislation, custom-made and personalised garments created to your specifications are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
